LOL - Todwic, thank you for posting this thread ... it's nice to see I'm not the only one who can be challenged by the unfathomable mysteries of the 944's design during reassembly.
So, what made you realize the sensor was in the wrong place - a picture/drawing/SoCal looking over your shoulder? |

I once put a rebuilt engine in my Jeep. When I tried to start it flames came out of the caberator. Must have read the manual 30 times and couldn't figure it out. Finally my dad realized that they had numbered the firing order on the distributor cap and then took a picture of it for the manual. Taking a picture caused a reveresed image. The picture in the manual was backwards. The whole process took about 2 weeks and I wass pissed.
