rear window lock problems

I have problems with my rear window because opens when I´m driving.

the upper bolts (photo)(lock pin )don´t adjust because are
loosed then do not locks in the down latchs.

I can´t take out the housing of this bolts because the hardware bolts of the housing are damaged (torx), then I will need to weld something to take it out.

I really prefer to buy completely new this parts but I can´t found in any place.

diagram parts http://www.pelicanparts.com/944/944_parts/944_83-85/Pic74.jpg

I will need double the following diagram parts

37 washer # 477845331

9 housing
11 (2 of this) screw #99921901002

but I can´t find the part that attaches to the rear door frame where will go all this parts ? housing, in the diagram supose that the part 9 is the housing but looks like the rubber mount, also the vertex catalog says that the part 9 is the rubber mount, then I still needing the hosing.

Call pelican parts order line and ask for Darren. When I need hard to find parts, he can get it for me down to a single OEM bolt. If you do talk to him, tell him dean from Hawaii said hi. :D

yes, in this moment Tom Gould is helping me in this problem.
He hold a spare parts shipment that I had from past monday until now hope tomorrow I will have the final answer about this.

Did you know that your 944 door handle are no more available !, fortunately the rabbit door handles can be easily converted for the 944 and you can use this sleeves

About the rear window, my car don´t runs in this moment until came the spare parts, hope soon, then I can´t go with a friend to weld this damaged bolts (support bolt from housing) to take out the housings, then I only want to know of somebody that already fix this in his car.

About the upper nut- if is inserted in the hosuing with srew or only by press. because the shipment will be came before my car runs I want to use this shipment for all the parts that I need, because if i pay shipment, taxes, etc to Acapulco of each part that I need, will be cheaper to buy a 996.

thanks

This part http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploads/trunk%20bolt.jpg is broke? Mine gave me some trouble to. I just adjusted "D" http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...ex%20latch.jpg then it open. It was lock even if I tried to open it. I was trying to adjust the lock pin but I knew if I go any more, it will snap so I tried something else.

What? My door handle will be discontinue? OMG I have to order left and right handles soon just to be safe.

No, only the sleeve, the plastic top that attaches to the handle to not see the bolts.

I already replace the driver side handle with rabbit (identical, outside) then I can use the rabbit sleeve, but my passenger handle is on perfect condition but I don´t have the sleeve, then I ask yesterday to pelican and told me that is no more available.

The rabbit handle cost is about 15 usd, also the rear window lock pin are the same used in rabbit hood, cost about 50 us cents.

At last I broke my lock pin http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploads/trunk bolt.jpg

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...olt BROKED.jpg

I tried to take out the nut with rubber buy I can´t.

I believe that the other side was a bolt, then the upper nut coonects to a bolt inside the housing and then the lock pin connect to the same nut ?, sounds ridiculous but looks like.
