Unless the rebuilder has jig bore or jig grinding machine to rework the cylinders, matching pistons, new half bearings, new wobble plate and shaft, the best any "rebuilder" can do is simply replace seals and maybe a bearing or two.

Get either a new aftermarket kit or a Denso.
