Parting out 1990 944 S2 Convertible

The car scraped a guard rail. Hit front right.

The car starts and runs. The car was very well taken care of and has 130K. All maintence was done to the car. It is black on linen.
Prefer to sell whole or will part out. I would prefer to sell it to someone who will fix the car because it is a beautiful car. The main parts it needs are a right fender, bumper, right light, a wheel, windshield and hood (can be fixed, slight dent of front right). Those parts can be bought for around $1200. The frame appears to be straight, however, the area where the right light fits needs to be straightened out. The car does not need much work to fix.

The car's convertible top was recently replaced and looks brand new.
Some of the performance upgrades include big reds, shocks, engine strut bar, exhaust and k&n filter.

I've included pics of the car where it went on auction. Its just dust on the car. The pics don't do justice to the car. The car had papers of the history and the contact info of the last owner. I called the owner and he verified how much he spent on the car in maintence and upgrades. The insurance company paid him $15k for the car.

The car is located in Atlanta Ga. Anyone is welcome to come and look at it and start it.
The car has a Florida Salvage Title/REBUILDABLE.
I'm open to trades on other porsches.

I have too many projects myself. Can't get into another one right now, and I'm not too crazy about Cabs anyway (944's, 968's, or 911's)

I posted this same question on d993's car but since you don't live that far either I'll ask you to.

I'm trying to find an S2 head . I just need the bare head but if the price is right I'll take the whole thing. I live in Birmingham so I could drive over and pick it up, cut me a good deal and I'll take it out myself. It will only take me a couple of hours tops.

Hmmmm.............A good deal on a S2 head..........I never heard of such a thing! I have a 968 head with a missing cam.

It wouldn't work anyway the 968 head has different water passages and the cams are a different profile because of the variocam. If it did I would have bought the one on Ebay.

$1900 Really? Ian's quoted me a price of $1500 on a low mileage complete head. $2500 for a completely rebuilt one. Oh well, thanks anyway.
