I'll gladly send pictures w/email address. I don't know how to load pics without posting a new thread. This thing has been in my way for a year and doesn't belong to me. I should charge storage. The owner says he has the original box. Does the smile DR. give discounts? where are you located ? The only Dr. where you arrive in pain and leave with none.
