WTB: early style shift boots plus more

Looking for :

Early black leather shift boot in good shape preferably with **** knob.
Rubber boot for under the leather boot, no tears
Clutch master cylinder with the nipple on top
Line from clutch master to brake reservior
Rectangular shaped brake reservoir, not the one with the slanted bottom
Good early dash black (I know its a stretch but I've got to ask)
Turbo fog light assemblies in good shape complete with lights and back sections
