WTB: NC FIA approved race seats

I am looking for fixed back seats that are (or can be with the addition of a back brace) FIA compliant. I have a 32" waist so figment is not a huge issue. Local is obviously preferred (NC) but for the right price, shipping is not out of the question. I am looking for two and I don't want to pay more than $500/seat. If you or anyone you know has seats for sale please let me know. Thanks.
