Looking for..combination light early dash

I need the combination warning light unit that consists of seat belt, brake and brake pad wear indicator (3 bulbs) for a 1984 and early 1985 944. It is located under the clock and to the right of the cigar lighter. A new one would be awesome, but used in good condition is good too...
