I have two of them....one has a slight amount of wear....$50 shipped or one that is an excellent shape that I bought used a few weeks ago but did not use....you can have it for a little less than I have into it....$200 shipped.
I also have a set of new bearings that I did not use and a fork pin. Add $20 for those three items (two bearings and one pin). I do not have pictures right now of the new better one....but here is the one with slight wear.
