Bosch BOV valves ('108 & '114)
From '89 turbo S. Have two - the original one is 280 142 108 and has about 54,000 miles on it. I believe it was working fine when I changed it out for a 280 142 114. That one only has a couple hundred miles on it. Will sell both (so you can compare - I couldn't tell any difference) for $50 shipped.

Is the newer one the brass internal newer style they used in the 993? If so I will take them?
