By "bare long block" I meant the engine from this 38k mile car, complete from oil pan to cam tower, but without any wiring, manifolds, etc.

But being a long block, it would have the crank/rods/pistons/head/cam still installed.

Got ya. I'm selling this for $2k as you described. No exhaust manifold, dme harness. I just got the Carfax in and it backs up the PO claim of low original miles
