headlights coming on......help

Hello all, I've got a 80 928 and the headlights come on all by them selves for no reason, I pulled the relay for the headlights and took it apart and it looked good. It only happens when the car is off. When I start it they still stay on,even the headlight switch does'nt turn them off,they don't pop up untill I turn the headlight switch on. anybody ever had this problem before?

Thats a funny one. A couple years ago I was washing the engine compartment of my 78 928 and the lights started revolving around and around!

I had to disconnect the battery for several hours to stop it.
