I love Magnetos
Alternator is history and after the boost charge, my 928S really ran well. I really think these Porsches would be 'Bear..Bad ..Awful'
if Vertex had a Magneto available . Great Engine! ...

If you have a Paris Rhome alternater an upgrade to a Bosch is the way to go.

Thanks Sniper,
Just finished the 2 into one 3" Exhaust system 'per spec 5.0 litre'... Circle track engines. What a difference!. It really moves out and no flat spots in the power band . These cars are amazing.

and yes, 928 Motorsports has a 140 amp alternator that'll cure your charging issues.
Have you done your "Wally Plumley" (928 Specialists) yearly electrical maintenance yet????? If not, there's a lot of voltage there to be had. (I found almost 3 volts when I did mine) rhjames
