A/C Recharge taps?
Well things happened when you need it the most. My A/C needs recharging, I don't see any leaks.
Where are the connections for high and low side? I see one on left side(passenger) area high pressure but can't locate other(lowside). Thanks 86.5 A/T Last edited by BIMMERMIKE; 08-06-2007 at 08:39 AM.. |

Thanks, found it. Why is everything so difficult on these cars?

I'd like to think that Porsche made the first priority performance, but it could be that ease of service was on a page that didn't get copied to engineering.

Last I heard new car dealerships make 75% of their profits from parts and service. When I visited the huge Fletcher-Jones MB dealership a few months ago to buy some air tubes, the service setup was just an insane kill zone for consumers. **** Reality probably is that little or no engineering expense was made to revise ANYTHING past the very early 80's, and those revision cycles are what improves things like ease of service.
