Using 85/86 exh is EGR tube needed too?

I plan on putting 85/86 exh manifolds on my 16v motor (84 Euro with LH) and I just got sniped on a pair on ebay that included the EGR and EGR tube, and it has me wondering if I need those parts as well?

The listing was in error. Those were air injection parts.

Only US 78-79 had EGR.
