Crazy week for 928's on ebay

Looking over all the 928's on ebay this week, what a crazy bunch this economy I guess has up for sale. Half a dozen under 50k mile cars, a 6k mile 94 GTS 5 spd, and some just crazy listings. Plenty to watch.

popping like mushrooms.

I am also noticing a bunch of 928s coming out of storage or just being sold for whatever reason. I am wondering if it is seasonal or cyclical. Sportscars like Motorcycles tend to have higher sales in the summer months. Under 50K? Wow. I dunno. I like my cars a little more experienced than that. In my world anything under 100K is just a baby. A GTS with under 6K? Bizarre.

It does seem to be cyclical here in Australia.

Cheapest deals seem to be found from July-Oct (late Winter for us), and then around Xmas-Feb (Summer) only expensive ones are posted. In between those periods its hit and miss.. sort of a shoulder season.

Hard times

I am inclined to agree. It doesn't seem to be limited to 928s. There are a bunch of other vehicles getting dumped into the market as well. Most are deferred maintenance or have been in storage for a while.
