His Distributor already has 100% new O Rings donated by Raymond (rjm65). We think the problem is the sealer he used.

I sent you a pm. I'm not sure Leo. I'm POSITIVE I did it right. But still, the car won't stay running! I took a line off the injector, and a buddy watched it while i turned it over and he said there wasnt much fuel coming out. I'm going to have to check the fuel pressure going to the f.d. I have to go buy a pressure tester somewhere. Is harbor freight open today? the one in chula vista, think they have one?

Harbor Freight is open on Sunday, not sure if the one in El Cajon is closer to you or not. I think DanglerB had mentioned they don't have the proper adapters.

Did you make sure the barrel was really clean? The slits inside the barrel are almost invisible to the naked eye.

Yeah, that's from the outside of the barrel where they have an oval shaped insert that the 8 o-rings sits over.

But if you look at the inside of the barrel there are 8 corresponding slits.

I think the Master set has everything, but they have easy returns if you can't check it out while your at the store.

I'm curious as to why you haven't just gotten the proper CIS kit by now if you think this is fuel related?

There is a cis kit? To be honest with you, I never should have touched the f.d. My next step is to check the fuel pressure going into and out of the f.d.
I'm going to get a pressure tester today and post the results, and see where things from there.

Run!

Unless you or someone you trust can verify it is functioning as should be.
