After 5 years, a good flush, and replace would be a prudent course of action.
50/50 mix of a good quality antifreeze and distilled water. Remember to bleed out all of the air.

Xerox G-05 is what you need available at Napa.

I have used prestone for years with no problem and its much cheaper. As long as its aluminum engine safe you are find. I think the G-05 is just expensive orange dye..

Prestone. Make sure you use distilled water!

Really, you should change your coolant about every other year. I recently changed mine; I had been using Prestone Lo-Tox, which is based upon propylene glycol instead of ethylene glycol, but I can't find this stuff any more, so I installed the regular stuff. A good flush of the system is a good idea, and while you are in there (WYAIT), you should change your thermostat and probably ought to go ahead and change out your coolant hoses too if they have been there a while. 928's look terrible parked on the side of the road, hood up....and a puddle of green fluid underneath.

Good luck-

Standard Prestone green. Flush and change it every year. Change all the hoses every five years. Some might find that overkill, but I haven't had any coolant related problems since 1973, and that routine isn't real expensive; well, much less expensive than a tow and engine work anyway.
