just a note to turn the cams use the BIG nut portion not the cap screw
IIRC the big nut is a 30mm, you can inadvertently loosen the cap screw and then it will fall out

It could be the pics, but it looks like the cam gears are worn out, shiny from the coating having been worn off. The oil pump gear looks new.

It also looks as if the belt is HTD/round tooth (HTD is '83-up). The gears appear to still be square type, however.
