It is that time of the month guys!!! Time to have our 2nd Saturday ASS (Austin Shark Society) gathering.

Lunch at the Hooters north on Hwy 183 just north of Anderson Mill Rd on the north bound access road. Will start arriving around 11:30...

I should be there. P-car still not starting; hopefully the issue will be sorted out before Saturday though.

I send out email reminders all the local 928 Owners Club members that I have emails for, but many of the local 928 club are NOT 928OC members (much to my chagrin I might add)...

Love to guys, but Ruby is back up on jacks for TT and CV rebuild. Not thinking that she will be up to it by Sat. Maybe next month, keep me posted.:)

You don't actually have to DRIVE a 928 to the event to join us! If that was the case we would lose HALF our attendee's!

Next week is the regular meeting of the ASS group.

I will be at the annual YO Ranch machine gun shoot with my father and brother, so count me out. Check out Mark's link for his race car if haven't done it yet; it's coming along nicely.

WHAT?! They have an annual MG shoot at the YO?!!! Why did I never know this?! I would LOVE to bring some of my toys out there someday! Love the YO...used to live in Kerrville!

Yep, invite only, not advertised, so maybe that's why. I will talk to the "powers that be" this weekend and then pm you all relevant info. It's a blast - shoot all day, party all night; all meals provided, as are drinks at night. You stay in the cabins next to the lodge. Blow stuff up to your hearts content - a few years ago it was a '72 junked Mustang. Gas was supposed to be drained, but there must have been a little left because a couple of rounds from my fathers AK 47 sent it up in flames.

NICE!!!! LOVE to play some time! Not gonna mention my toys here, but suffice to say my VAULT ROOM (!!!) is well stocked!

Hey Morriss, Your machine gun shoot-out sounds like a really great weekend. Haven’t cut loose on a mad minute for a very long time. Just the smell of cordite used to help sooth the nerves in the boonies....

This saturday, 10-3pm, I plan to dyno the 928 early, maybe 11 or so.

LAST DAY OF THE WEEK BUMP!

Hope you guys can make it. I'll have AO84 on hand if anyone needs a new 928 for their collection you can take a look at it. Asking $8250, but will work with some of my friends here...the car is REALLY running well right now. A/C will freeze you out and it feels great... Maybe I'll get a real paying job before someone steps up with cash and I'll just get to keep it...I'd prefer that.

I'll also have 928 EVOLUTION DVD's and the New 928 and Porsche Full line Calendars for you guys as well... I picked up the DVD's today and will pick up the calendars tomorrow.

Hope to see many of you Austin/SA/D-FW/H'town 928 guys Saturday...the weather should be PERFECT Shark driving weather!

It is that time of the month! I hope you have all recovered from 3rd Coast and are ready for 2nd Saturday!

We are going on a short drive this time...

We will meet at our normal eating place (Bone Daddy's at Duval and Hwy 183 North) at 10AM and will be driving my 10:30 with the hope of making it to Louie Mueller's BBQ in Taylor by 11:45!

Come join us if you can! Pretty good BBQ at LM's they are probably the only BBQ place to ever win the James Beard award...very prestigious award!

I might do that in Jeff's 928...wind it out a little :)
