Northern Virginia???
I may be moving in a few months to the northern Virginia/DC area. Is there anyone out there living in the area? Do you have to smog test a car there? Is there anything I need to know about owning an 928 in that area?
Thanks, Robert |
Park it inside during the winter?

Cool! Thanks! My cat is good. Need to fix a small exhaust leak. Lights work, horn works, all that good stuff works. Been contemplating selling the car if there was going to be a crazy emissions requirement to pass. W/it being a 5-speed I shudder at the thought of it being my commuter, but my TDI is a 5-speed as well...
Thanks again for the insight! Robert |

Depends where you are commuting to, and where you will live. We also have an excellent Subway system which I enjoyed using going to Capital Hill every day, and saved a lot of needless wear and tear........which can then be allocated to track days at Summit Point about an hour or so away. |
I've probably missed it, but when is the 928 Frenzy held in northern Virginia? I would love to attend next time, as I live in SE Virginia near Blacksburg. I've gone to a few of the 928 meets put on by 928 Specialists and its always a blast to see that many 928 in one place.
Thanks, milspam |
Frenzy is Oct 2nd this year near Dulles Airport. Do a google search on 928 Frenzy and that should pull up the website
