Have an awesome Turkey Day. Gonna break out the Turkey Fryer for my first time this year. Will try not to burn my house down and God forbid fire damage my newly painted 928

fryers- yeahhhh those wiggly tripod stands / tallll pot, and turkey to oil displacement, hot handled pot.
added to the dangerous list: always remember 16 - 20 minus/plus lb turkeys never weigh/balance the same coming out of the oven when completely pie eyed!! wood cookstoves: continous fire/hot cast iron for hrs stoking to keep oven cook temperatures perfect. Logs , airvent ,dials, dampers ... Meat ,veges, bread to pies basting, turning, or stirring.... crackling,snapping,popping, coals to chimney flues. Safe cooking and cooling. ADD ON how do you cook your turkey?.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! beach pigroast style there bird, brine, microwave, toaster,oven, convection, throw it in foil put it in the engine bay and drive across state.................. and do Have a Awesome Feast |
