Mark, did you take the rear interior quarters loose on this one? If so, I may wanna come by and pick them up. I've got a box full of Rob Budd leather itching for a purpose. ;)

Paint

Sonett3,
Looks like you have made a lot of progress. Have a quick question, were you able to remove the rear quarter windows without destroying the rubber gaskets? If so, how did you do it?

Yes i did. You just have to go inside and get the rubber off of the pinch weld and the get a little peace of plastic that is long and get it pushed though both sides and then work it down . Only takes me about 8 to 10 mins per side if that .

I always do... Why do you ask?

garylewa 02-24-2011 08:03 AM

I like the rims...

Are you going to do a rear wiper delete before paint? I see you already deleted the antenna; good move.

Look closely, thats not a wiper, it's a pair of pliers lying on the hatch. The rear wiper has already been deleted, along with the rub strips and antenna. :D

The wheel are for sale. I don't need them any longer. Make me an offer if you want them.

OH oh.....

Widened rear quarters, and installed by Sonnet. This makes me think that there are a pair of "snails" about to be installed under the hood...

[dammit! I hate it when I get an erection while wearing these tight jeans!]

Interesting project. What's next?

N!

This one will be turbo charged. Not a Kuhn twin but will instead have a single like my other car.
