New 928 owner

Hello 928 forum. This is my first post to the this forum.

I have just increased my Porsche garage with an 1989 928GT. It is an Euro spec GT with 42000 Kms (26K miles) on the meter that has been owned by a japanese collector. As you can see , it has BBS rims and an aftermarked muffler.

I am a long time 930 owner, and this is a super sports car, but I wanted a daily Porsche, and the 928 is a beautiful classic and more practical than the 930.

I have been frequenting the PP forums for many years, and as a DIY mechanic I hope to find good advice on this 928 forum as well.

Here is a picture of my garage and my new GT:

Cool! Welcome aboard. I like the seats- I think they only sold that fabric in Europe.

Good Luck!

Super looking car, and considered by many the rarest and most desirable of the 928's (except for those GTS guys who think GTS is best, but we know better.

Despite the miles I would suggest making sure all the fuel lines are in top shape, and replacing if any doubts.
