Porsche 928 S2 UK few problems

Hi,
I have had my 928 S2 for a couple of years now, just took it off the road to try and sort a few problems out.
the first is that the lights when on side lights you can flash the main beam as usual. but when put to dipped, if i try and flash of turn to main beam they will stick on and only turning off the lights will reset this. i am suspecting the dpi/dim relay but cant see where it is as its not on the main CE.
The second problem is that the washer does not work. i seem to be getting the signal to the pump but not the current. relays are ok. i have noticed that there should be a second washer pump at the front below the small bottle but this is missing. will this missing pump stop the main working?

The previous owner seems to have put the S4 front and rear bumpers and lights on too which had me confused for a while...

Washer often is so rarely used its clogged and requires cleaning or replacement. Seems that Porsche owner prefer a dirty windscreen to getting their cars wet.

I don't understand your "English" terms for the lights, could you be more explicit in what is happening?

Then we can tip toe through the troubleshooting.
