hot start problem

have been using my 79 (Kjetronic FI) as a daily driver the past few months. It just started to have a hot start problem (engine turns over but does not get gas) on restart. when completely cool, starts fine.
checked at fuel pump and do not have voltave when this occurs. suspect relay??
the wiring diagram illustrates some device on the solenoid at 15 and 31b.
the 31b shows it goes to Z4. what /where is Z4???
any other ideas?
