Identify these wires

Self explanatory, these have been getting in the way of stuff and they aren't connected to anything, i'd like to know what they are before i end up screwing something up. I sort of suspect they are the stock wiring for the speaker system, but the PO put his own wiring in so they aren't really needed, assuming that's what they are. that doesn't explain what the connector is though, if anyone knows i'd appreciate if you would share.

This is on the passenger side as seen in the pictures.

there is also this huge cluster of wires coming from the right side of the fuse box. it has one of those plug adapter things like for the seats. it also is connected to nothing, and i have no clue what it's for.

Pretty much all looks like grafted on aftermarket wiring to me.

Phone, stereo

Better pictures might help. Follow to the source, probably grafted and all all need to be removed.

There usually is an amp located on the passenger sill for the uprated stereo option. Wiring diagrams would show the detail. Those wires will each end in a typical brass push on terminal though.

What is the silver box on the passenger sill? That's wrong too.

Garage
The big one at the bottom or 26 looks exactly like the plug to an old cd disc changer
