S4 Power Window & Sunroof Problem

I have a '91 928 S4, with a strange power window and sunroof problem. I purchased the car with both windows stuck in the up position. I tested both motors, and found they were seized. I replaced both motors, and have only gotten the driver side to work. The power window module (under the driver seat) will click when the passenger side window switch and sunroof switch is pressed.

Issues I have noticed:

I am not getting power to the passenger side window motor connector. It seems I have power from the switch, going to the power window module, but am not getting power out of the module (from the module to the motor). Would it be safe to say the module is bad?

I found a wire disconnected in the loom for the power window module (I believe it was blue / black). When connected to another loose wire in the same loom (believe this one was grey / blue), the power sunroof would operate with the driver side window switch. Both wires had matching male and female connectors. Are these supposed to be plugged together, or not?
The power sunroof does not work with the sunroof switch.

Any help is much appreciated!

I think some pics might help. I am having trouble seeing it and wondering what module your talking about. I'm sure its just terminology on my part.

First thing i would do is GET a wiring Diagram Second thing i would do is stop touching wire's together.
sound's like you may have a hack that worked on the electrical

since you found both motors seized I would guess that the regulator arms are also close to being seized
So what i would do is remove the window arms from the doors then spray PB blaster onto the arm pivots then rinse with brake cleaner then drip 90 wt oil onto the pivots and grease the gears.
work the arms so they move freely
spray on some white grease as well on the pivot so to help keep out water.
With the motors out you should take each one apart and clean and grease them,
put them together
Install the window arms,
then get the wire diagram for your car and trace the wires, there is a good chance that there is a broken wire in the door jamb loom.
You will also see where the sunroof wires go
As previously instructed dont be plugging wires together until you have verified where they go.
Make sure to check the CE panel and look for corroded relays replace the fuses a fuse relay chart is here

Thank you for the input so far, and I apologize for the late response. I finally had a chance to pull the driver seat again, and take some pictures of the power window control module and wires.

Here is a picture of the control module (under driver seat):

It seems I have power going into the control module, but not coming out.

These are the wires I was referring to, that were disconnected. They have different colors, but a compatible male/female plug. One is grey/blue and the other is black/blue.

The grey/blue wire is pin 34 on the module, and the black/blue is pin 32.

The reason I'm wondering if the power window module is bad, is because I am getting power directly out of the module, to the driver side window regulator. I cannot get power directly out of the module, for the passenger side regulator.

Can you open up the module? You may have a cracked solder joint.

Yes, I did have the module opened up before. Didn't notice any type of damage, but I will have to look again.
