I Like the Steering Wheel Cover lol
My 80 Had a " Large Wood Rat " Living under the Hood that ran back and forth between the Fresh Air Intake tubs passing through the Air Cleaner . Rat Turds all over the Engine after sitting 15 years under a Tree. Never got inside lucky me . only chewed 2 or 3 wires however.
Motor was totally Covered with nesting sticks and the like. Parked it on a steep Hill and Pressure Washed the Motor and found the reason why they parked it was the Flue Injection Relay ... Simple as that . Lafayette Ca nice Dry Area Great for Old special Cars of Interest
Paid $300 and towed away to Mendocino Ca.

That poor car is located not too far from me, been for sale as Guy noted, forever.

I would have to be paid $500 to remove it from the property to be interested in restoring this one.

But if free i'd probably take it and try and dry it out and save it.

Too many better examples out there.

If this were a early 911 it would be gone in a flash, pity.

I think he's been trying to get rid of it for a couple of years now. I like the $500 comment/offer someone made.

It's got the pasha interior everyone seems to go ape***** over and is rub strip delete. Make it sunroof delete and people should be throwing money at it!

Seriously though, the dash and glove box door looks better than the average 928...go figure.

I don't see cracks in the dash unlike the Stepson.

The Stepson looked like this when I bought it and got it home.
Those are nine iron marks in the hood.....deep nine iron marks

I've seen worse.

My serious view, no exterior issues with original paint in a color I like, and almost nothing else matters if the price is good.

He can call it a "barn find" all he wants but that car has been outside a long, long time. The moss over the pine needles is just one clue. Guaranteed that dash starts to split and soon as it is handled.

This car is toast. It will eventually get sent to a scrap yard. Too far gone right now to be worthwhile to restore to life. If he even remotely cared he would spend a few bucks to at least put a car cover over it or a tarp of some sorts. Such a sad sight.

This is what happens when non 928 owners come into possession of one. First clue is... I know what I've got so don't try to low ball me. Hilarious!

+1
It really is a shame, that could be a nice one. Imagine all the rain and snow we've had
in the past month alone.(local to me)
At least tape some plastic over the windshield.
Hard to look at that interior being trashed.
