remote hatch release wiring help
 

Hi Guys,

I am working on a 1994 928 GTS and adding a aftermarket alarm system with keyless entry and trunk pop. How do you wire in the trunk release? Apparently it does not work the same as on previous models. I have tried tying in the yellow hatch wire at the fusebox (shows 12 v when you pull up on the factory hatch switch) via a Bosch relay (in series), and nothing happens. The factory release system works fine. Is there some secret to making this work??
