Unknown wire

Hey guys today i was doing some cleaning and maintenance inside the car and when i pulled out the passenger seat, i noticed a wire that didnt connect anywhere. so after removing some parts i found where the wire goes.

The car is a 93 C4

as you can see on the pictures its brown/red wire. and it goes with the wires that control spoiler and diff lock if i am not mistaken.

when looking at the wire diagram it says br/re goes to relay oil cooler.

can please someone tell me what this does, where it needs to be connected or any other info?

Br/re is a brown wire with red stripe .
Re/br is a red wire with brown stripe .
