Help finding 964 AC condenser fan wiring
Hi guys, I am an "older" 911 guy who is doing a full restomod of a 1989 (not 964) Carrera as per the thread below.
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/185692-fitting-6-speed-g50-89-carrera-new-post.html Part of the restomod was to fit a better AC system than what the early 911's came with and to that end, I installed a 964 condenser in the front fenderwell along with modified sheet metal to make the airflow better than what such an installation would have in an unmodified '89. Anyway, I am stuck on one small problem, namely finding the plug that fits into the condenser fan so that I can electrically connect it to the car wiring. I have posted a few times in various forums "Want to Buy" with no positive results, only a couple of people who want to sell me the whole condenser/fan/AC assembly, I have scoured the technical documentation trying to source this plug and so far, no luck. Hence my ask...does anyone know what part number/type or source for a plug that will fit that condenser fan? Anyone have a 964 AC electrical harness lying around they want to get rid of? Anything? Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks! Dennis |
