HVAC Motor actuator testing

I've posted a picture of the of one of the 2 HVAC Motor actuators that opens and closes the hot/cold air door flaps when you adjust the thermostat knob on the climate control unit.
This unit not working. Can they be tested and repaired? Don't have a wiring schamatic. Thanx
