964 Shark Fin - lower bolt?

Hi All,

I just finished re-epoxying my shark fin clips.

Is it possible to get the plastic nut onto the lower clip peg with the wheel on and the car on the ground?

I would appreciate any guidance or tricks.

Its very tight with the wheel on and on the ground.
You will need a swivel 10mm socket with 6-inch extension.
I had to remove the rear wheel.
