Welcome to the board.
I have B&B headers with the Fabspeed muffler. Fabspeed claims it will pass the strict sound level at Lime Rock with the B&B headers. Running dual out, however, I find it difficult to believe. The resonance is also bad from 2800-3200 RPMS. The good thing about Fabspeed is you can cap off one outlet to get rid of the resonance and quiet it down. That's how I run mine and it has a very nice soiund level for daily driving. I believe the Fabspeed muffler is actually the Flowmaster. I have heard that you can cut about 1.5 inches off at the flange, and have the flanges welded back on, for the B&B to help with the resonance. The problem is with a header dual out system you will have some degree of resonance. I know of no headers that provide any beneficial HP/torque increases that run the cats (GHL, cough). It's probably best to switch the exhaust for emissions testing and go with a good header such as B&B or S-Car-Go that will provide an increase in performance. Hope this helps.
