964 stalls coming off idle/accelerating

I've got 2800 miles on this rebuild and the motor just started acting strange.

Car has 53k miles on the chassis and is basically in mint condition.

Starts and runs great cold. After I stop and restart, I get this problem sometimes.

The motor will idle, kind of rough, then when the throttle switch comes of the idle circuit, it wants to stall. If give it gas it stalls, if I let it go it'll idle again. It will randomly start running fine again, then I'll get in to drive away, and a blockdown the road it'll have the same issue.

It has
New distributors and belt
New ignition coils
New injectors
New plugs
New plug wires
New rubber vacuum/rubber lines
New DME relay
Steve Wong chip
993 headers with magnaflow muffler

I'm replacing the fuel pump and fuel filter right now.

Does anyone have more ideas on where I can look?

thanks
