964 Carrera 2 Front Brake Upgrade Project
 

Hello. This is my first post. I drive a 964 Carrera 2 in Japan.
I want to convert the 964 Carrera 2 front brake system into the 993 Carrera front brake system. I already have the 993 Carrera calipers and discs (diameter 304mm), but I can't find the caliper adapter needed to install the 304mm discs.
Do I have to make one of a kind myself?

Rennline has the adaptors

be sure to check that these allow the 993 rotors to be used w/ 964 wheel carriers

usually to use 993 rotors on a 964 you would want either 993RS or regular 993 wheel carriers

the reason is that 964 and 993 rotors have different o/s even when they have the same width

Usually you would need to use 928 S4 32x304 rotors w/ the 964 wheel carriers but ti all depends on the caliper adaptor and wheel carrier
