Which air filter system for a 993 Varioram engine on an SC?

I need opinions as to which tube/filter system works best without contaminating the hot wire sensor - any experiences and advice on where to buy?

Use the stock air box and filter, Modify the cover so that the hinge clears.

Instant cold air intake.

Will the cover - the one which is essentially a frame - work without mods? Such as this: http://www.fabspeed.com/airbox.html

No, you need to cut a few square inches out of the top, then you can reseal w/ duct tape to draw in only the fresh air, or leave open to draw in some engine compartment air. It really makes little diifference.
