Can you identify this 964 spoiler?
Need your help, can you tell me what brand of Front spoiler this is? Know where I can get one?http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1105665002.jpg
Thanks to peterc2(his car) for photo. Thanks in advance. |
The lighting and angle is kind of bad, but it sort of looks like a DP spoiler
AFJuvat |
Thanks AFJuvat, I took a look at DP motorsports.de site and they have a cool looking one but not the same (I wish the photo was clearer, sorry)
Any other thoughts? |
Darren,
This is a 964 3.8 RSR Two Piece Splitter. Peter gives more pictures, installation info etc... on the 964 board on Rennlist. I can't get get the forum to pull up at the moment. I purchased the same splitter, but haven't fitted it yet. If you can't find the thread pm me and I'll dig up the rest of the info. Jason |
Hey Jason, thanks for the info. Where did you purchase your splitter? and approx.cost? I will check out the rennlist and see if I can locate.
Thanks Darren |
The splitter itself was purchased at www.rennspd.com $150
The top edge is trimmed for a cleaner look with door seal trim ordered from Pelican ( part # OEM-9645592930101C ) under $20. I believe he had to do some minor tweaking on his when fitting, but it seemed pretty straight forward. |
Darren,
As Jason had mentioned, they are the 964 3.8 RSR 2 piece splitters from rennspd.com (no affiliations). I hope this new picture will give you a better view of the splitters installed. BTW, you will loose approx. 1" of ground clearance due to the protruding lips. PS. Here's the link to the thread on Rennlist http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforums/showthread.php?t=122025 http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1106174399.jpg |
