1994 3.6 turbo cold start
After this winter both fuel pumps were replaced, Now on colder days I turn the key and it fires up for one or two seconds then shuts off. I'll try 20 plus times and mostly to no avail, but once in awhile it fires up and stays on. Once warm it continues to stay on or restart fine.
Relay?
