FIXED:I changed my air filter & check engine light is on...
EDIT: FIXED...........
DOOOOOOOH!! I also added 3 pints of distilled water to radiator, then made sure top is all the way screwed tight. OK, what's up......I removed the top, took out old flter, vacuumed air box, put in new filter, replaced top, made sure throttle body is sealed.......... What stupid thing could I have done or overlooked...? EDIT: I went back & re-did everything...it is possible that the first time the throttle body was not sealed at the bottom as I noticed the second time that I could have thought it was, but after careful scrutiny realized it was "kinked" at the bottom & would not have seakled right even though it felt right. Will the light "clear" itself if the problem is solved? I currently have the battery unhooked in hopes that if I fixed it, it will clear...... Thanks, - Cam EDIT 2:Light "cleared"....problem fixed |
