What is teh best way to upgrade a non A/c car to a/c? any idea of costs

Ouch.
You could get the brackets, and the like from junkyards, but the hoses, evaporator, condensor, compressor etc, would have to come from Porsche. You are looking at thousands of dollars. AFJ

I know it will not be cheap. You might try to find a set up from someone who is building a track car or went the light weight route.
