Just to let everyone here know that there is a thread over on rennlist about DME (as well as ABS/traction control, airbag and CCU modules) diagnostics and fault code resets on the 964 using a commercially available interface board and free software for a pc or laptop. It has the same functions as the Bosch Hammer for insignificant cost.
