FS...964 C2/4 Autothority chip
Hi folks,
I have an Autothority PCM chip here, used but working, that came from my old 1991 C4. Sold the car and put it back to stock before doing so and this is what I have left. Doesn't work on my 965 so I have no need for it. Sticker on the chip says: Autothority Perf. Eng. (.C)1990 A.P.E. 964.020.100.20 S/N 2322 Carb EO #D-228 I still have the original package and case for the chip as well as the original installation instructions. $90 shipped sound ok? If you're interested please send me a private message or post any questions here. Check or M/O accepted. ****I forgot I took a picture of the chip. Sorry about the poor qulity as i did this with my camera phone. Leaking batteries in my fiances' digital camera really sucks.... it's not on the site, but if you can Autothority with the part number and the serial number they will verify it for you. There is a low resolution picture of the actual chip at the link in my original post.

i wish i could say for sure one way or the other :( edit: forgot to say that i put about 25K miles on my c4 once i installed the chip and i can tell you that while I never beat on the car, the miles were not light on the foot either. I drive cars hard, but that's what these cars are for anyway. when i sold the C4, the buyer asked for a ppi which I did myself(p-car mechanic) in front of him on my lift and also paid another shop to do the same to verify my findings to him. Engine showed normals vitals for a ~130K mile motor |
