C2 Turbo climate control unit failure
 
I noticed my heat, a/c is inop. Ive tried checking the fuse but it looks just fine. Do these control units typically fail or could this be something else?

Unfortunately, they do fail - especially the earlier ones.

is there a way to test to see if it actually has died or if its something else?
