Question 3.6 carbon build up?

Hello folks what to do with carbon build up?
how is it cleaned? i saw a black carbon build up in
the intake side. is there a chemical to clean this
stuff? carb cleaner? any recommendation folks i need
help please

There are a number of things you can do.

1) Aggressive treatment with in-the-tank cleaners, like Gumout Regane or Techron
2) Italian tune-ups
3) Water or B-12 Chemtool in a vacuum line

What do you mean by “in the intake side?” Do you mean the intake valves? That is a common place for thick carbon build-up to occur. Do you mean the intake track itself? Like between the throttle body and the intake valves? How did you “see” this? You’d have to take stuff apart to see any carbon build-up anywhere.
