Vacuum for 993

i have a problem please help
here it is i did engine swap from 3.2L to 95 993 3.6L with
Vram in it, yes the plastic intake was swapped to Vram
intake. there are plenty of vacuum hoses, i ckd the usual suspect
ckd hard hose under the tunnel, ckd the check valve
it is working, there is vacuum, no i did not get vacuum to my brakes
there is no suction to the front brake booster. what did i miss? any help is appreciated. thanks
