Turning lights on turns my rear turn signal on permanently. What's happening here?!

Hi guys,

I am busy rebuilding a 964 cabriolet after being painted. But here is the strange thing.

My turn-signals Work with al lights of.

My turn-signals do NOT work when turning my city/night-lights on.

When turning my headlights on:

My right turn-signal (orange) goes permanently on (front,side,back) AND it shows in my tachometer.
My left rear (red) night light works, but my right rear (red) night light does not work.

What is most lightly to be the problem here?


Please help, I am spending hours trying to "fix" this problem.
