Dark blue vinyl dye
I have about a quart of leftover vinyl dye that I used to color match a replacement dash in my '90 C4. It only took a couple of ounces to recolor the whole dash with an airbrush and the match is nearly perfect- you wouldn't know it wasn't factory unless you were told. In any case, if anyone local to Seattle has a need for some I'll gladly pour some off for you for free. Just shoot me a PM.
