Squeak in a shallow turn

Hi All
I just got back from my first Auto Cross. It was a blast. I ,however, noticed that the front end of the car now puts out a mild high pitched squeak when I make a shallow turn. It happens more turning right than left. No squeak going straight or in a hard turn. I also notice it minimally when I slow down by taking my foot of the accelerator. It is not too bad but it is annoying. Any suggestions on what to do. I hope I did not screw the car up at the autocross making all those hard turns. Thanks for your help
Constantine

Probably a sway bar bushing. They can be lubed with high temp silicone grease (or bushing grease) IIRC.

Check your wheel bearings too.

I will take a look at it.
